What is free?
Every project you submitted through HomeProjectMatch. Sign in and you can see what the job was, when it was, and — once a contractor has been given your details — who it was. We hold that record anyway, so looking at it costs nothing.
What does Home Vault+ add?
Everything you bring yourself: warranties and other documents, equipment details, work done before you found us, maintenance reminders, warranty-expiry dates, and a printed home history when you sell.
Who can see what I store?
Only you. Nothing in your vault is shown to contractors, and nothing is shared unless you choose to share it — for example, when you put together a package for a home sale.
What does the AI actually do with my documents?
It reads an uploaded receipt, warranty or manual and suggests the details — what it is, when, how much, when a warranty ends. You review and correct every suggestion before it is saved.
Can I cancel Home Vault+?
Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for. After that your documents and records are kept safe but locked, and reminders stop, until you resubscribe. We keep them for 24 months after your plan ends, emailing you before we delete them, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. The free record of your projects stays either way.
