Every tier includes the planned 20% lead discount, a public business profile, Home Vault+ client tools, service pipeline and eligible messaging. One homeowner account counts as one client across its properties. Active clients, 30-day grace reservations and pending sponsored invitations count toward capacity. Sharing remains the homeowner's choice.

Cancellation takes effect at renewal. A smaller plan needs enough room for active clients and grace reservations. More than 200 clients? Ask about custom capacity.

How many contractors get the same lead?

It depends on the lead. Some are exclusive to one contractor; others are shared with a small number. The card tells you which before you take it.

What if a lead turns out to be wrong?

Tell us. If the project isn't what the lead described, we'll look at it and sort it out.

Do I have to commit to a volume?

No. Set a monthly cap if you want one, or leave it off. You take the leads you want.

How quickly do leads arrive?

As soon as a homeowner finishes and their project matches your territory and preferences.
